Return Policy

We get it, sometimes things just don't work out! That's why we've made our return process as simple as possible. Here's the rundown on how to make hassle-free returns with Order SoHo.

Return Period:

Changed your mind? No worries! You've got 14 days to send back any items you're not totally in love with. The countdown starts when your package is marked as “Delivered".


To qualify for a return, make sure your items are unused, unworn, and in the same fab condition you received them. Oh, and keep those tags and original packaging!

Non-Returnable Items:

Just a heads up—anything marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" can't be returned.

We cannot process returns for: earrings, hats, and certain body accessories. Such items are deemed a final sale.

Return Shipping:

Sending something back? The return shipping cost is on you, unless we goofed up (like sending the wrong item or there is a product defect). In that case, we've got you covered.


Once your return makes its way back to us, we'll take a quick look to make sure everything checks out. If all is good, we'll hit "refund" and send that money back to your original payment method.

Returns not adhering to our criteria might be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or not accepted at all. Please contact us if you're unsure if you qualify before sending the item(s) back. 

Processing Time:

Give us up to 7-14 business days to process everything, and you'll see your refund soon after that.
